How source video minutes are counted
A minute is one minute of the long video you process. A 40-minute episode uses 40 minutes, whether you export three clips or fifteen. Re-editing a clip from a video you already processed uses nothing extra.
Minutes reset at the start of each billing period. Deleting a clip or a video does not give minutes back, because the work on it is already done.
Need more minutes in a month? Move to a higher plan in your account and the price difference is charged right away.

Billing questions
No. Every plan is paid. You can try the product once with the demo on the homepage before you subscribe.
Yearly billing costs exactly half of the monthly price. Creator is $24 per month billed $288 per year instead of $49 per month.
Yes. Cancel in your account and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. It does not renew after that.
Yes. Moving up takes effect once the price difference is paid, and the new minutes are available right away. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal.
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice you can download from your account.
Payments are final. The few exceptions, such as a duplicate charge, are listed in the refund policy.
All major credit and debit cards through a secure checkout. Enterprise plans can also pay yearly by invoice.
