Video repurposing tool for agencies that clip for many client channels
Every client sends long videos and expects a steady stream of Shorts, TikToks and Reels in their own style. ShortsCreator gives each client a separate workspace with their channels, brand kit and approval step, so your editors produce more clips per week without mixing up fonts, captions or logins.
Clipping for ten clients is ten different jobs
Each client has their own caption style, colours, intro card, posting days and person who signs off. Editors switch between projects, copy settings by hand and send clips for approval through chat threads. The work grows with every client you add, and so does the risk of a clip going out in the wrong brand.
A video repurposing tool for agencies has to keep clients apart first and save time second. ShortsCreator does both: separate workspaces per client and AI that prepares the clips before an editor opens them.
One workspace for each client, with their channels and brand
Create a workspace per client and connect their YouTube channels there. Each workspace holds its own brand kits (fonts, colours, the client's logo watermark, intro and outro cards), caption templates, calendar and review queue. Editors see only the workspaces they are invited to.
Channel autopilot turns the setup into a YouTube automation tool: every new upload on a connected client channel is clipped automatically and lands in that client's review queue with scores, titles and captions already in their brand.
- Separate workspace, channels and calendar per client
- Brand kits with the client's fonts, colours and logo
- New client uploads clipped into their review queue
Roles and approval before anything is published
Every seat has a role. Owners manage plans, invoices and members. Editors prepare clips, change layouts, edit captions and place clips on the calendar. Reviewers approve or send clips back with a comment. On the Agency plan, the approval flow means no clip is published until a reviewer in that workspace approves it.
You can invite the client as a reviewer in their own workspace, so sign-off happens next to the clip, not in a separate email thread.
- Owner, editor and reviewer roles
- Approval required before publishing on Agency
- Clients review in their own workspace
More clips per editor, exported the way clients expect
The AI reads each transcript and ranks self-contained moments between 15 and 90 seconds with the quote, a virality score from 0 to 100 and the reason. Editors start from a cut, framed and captioned clip instead of a raw timeline, and trim by editing the transcript text.
Export 1080x1920 MP4 at up to 60 fps, SRT captions, or a bulk ZIP of every approved clip for a client. Schedule to YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels from each client's calendar, with titles and hashtags adapted per platform.
- Ranked moments with quote, score and reason
- Bulk ZIP export of approved clips
- Scheduling to YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Reels
Add a new client in one sitting
Onboarding a client takes a short setup, and the work after that runs through the same queue every week.
- Create the client workspace and connect their YouTube channels.
- Build their brand kit with fonts, colours, logo watermark, intro and outro cards, and pick a caption template.
- Invite your editors and add the client contact as a reviewer.
- Turn on channel autopilot so every new upload lands in the review queue.
When a client leaves, remove the workspace and their content goes with it, while your other clients stay untouched. See how the youtube clip maker prepares each clip, or compare tools in our guide to the best video clipping software.
For the person who signs the invoice
The Agency plan includes 1,800 source video minutes a month, 25 connected channels, 10 seats, unlimited brand kits, channel autopilot, bulk export and the approval flow, for $499 a month or $249 a month billed yearly ($2,988 a year). Enterprise adds 6,000 minutes, unlimited channels, 25 seats included, API access, SSO (SAML), an audit log and an uptime SLA, for $1,499 a month or $749 a month billed yearly.
Every payment comes with an invoice in your account. Yearly billing is the default and costs half of the monthly price. Client videos and transcripts stay private to their workspace and are not used to train AI models. Read how we handle data on the security page.

FAQ
No. Each workspace is separate. Members see only the workspaces they are invited to, and a client invited as a reviewer sees only their own.
Minutes are shared by the plan and count the length of the source videos processed in a billing period, across all workspaces. Deleting a clip does not give minutes back.
Autopilot clips new uploads automatically, but publishing follows your calendar and, on Agency, an approval in the client's workspace. Nothing goes out without a person approving it.
Yes. Every payment has an invoice in the account, and the owner role can download all of them.
